CIO und IoT Architekt mit Beteiligungsmöglichkeit (f/m/d)

Wusstest Du, dass nach Studien der Vereinten Nationen, VIER Milliarden Menschen zumindest zeitweise von Wasserknappheit bedroht sind? Gleichzeitig gehen weltweit im Schnitt mehr als 30% kostbares Trinkwasser auf dem Weg zum Nutzer durch Leckagen in den Trinkwassernetzen verloren. Die Lösung hierfür sind smarte Wassernetze und ein aktives Wasser-Verlustmanagement! Aber die Wasserversorger haben nicht die Daten, um ihre Netze effizient und nachhaltig zu betreiben. Das Problem ist oft die Energieversorgung der Sensoren, damit notwendige Daten über den Zustand des Netzes in Echtzeit übertragen werden können. Die Energieautarken Multisensorsysteme der PYDRO sind hier eine einzigartige Lösung für die Wasserversorgung von morgen.

Zur Vervollständigung unseres interdisziplinären und multikulturellen Teams in Norddeutschland suchen wir nun einen IoT Architekten, der die Rolle des CIO einnimmt. Wenn Du uns cool findest, ist an eine Beteiligung an der PYDRO als Co-Gesellschafter gedacht. PYDRO ist derzeit ausreichend mit Seed Investment finanziert und wir haben das Ziel, bis Ende 2021 die Entwicklung des ersten Produktes abzuschließen. Dazu brauchen wir Dich möglichst bald in unserem Team!

 

Wichtig zu wissen:

Du bist als C-Level Teammitglied für den gesamten Bereich IoT, IT, Softwarelösungen, Datensicherheit, Validierung etc. verantwortlich und bringst uns in diesem Bereich Expertise mit.

Du hast Allround Talent in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Communication Engineering, in der Entwicklung von IoT Produkten sowie in diversen Software Applikationen

Gut wäre auch Wissen über Microcontroller, Sensoren und Interfaces wie SPI, I2C and UART

Wir entwickeln agil und nutzen das Scrum Framework

Wir bevorzugen eine sehr flache Hierarchie mit schnellen Entscheidungswegen

Du passt super zu uns, wenn Du gerne in einem jungen, multikulturellem Team arbeitest und auch mal gerne mit anpackst.

Als Office Manager bist Du die rechte Hand der Geschäftsleitung und hältst das Ganze im Auge. Du bist das Bindeglied zwischen Belegschaft und Management und für viele Aufgaben verantwortlich.

Working Student Mechanical Design (f/m/d)

At the same time, 30% of water is lost globally through leaks and bursts in water distribution networks. The solution is a smart water network and an active water loss management. But water utilities are missing data to prevent leaks and manage their network efficiently. PYDRO’s mission is to preserve water! Our self-powered solutions are unique and we can change the way of managing water networks worldwide.

Your job:

  • You will assist in the design and testing of mechanical parts and assemblies for our products and test benches.
  • Generate 3D designs, 2D drawings, BOMs, calculations and development reports.
  • Research suppliers and manage communication on topics like cost, reliability, and manufacturability of parts and off-the-shelf components.
  • Work in close collaboration with the engineering team to fulfill product specifications and achieve the required device working modes.

You bring:

  • Successfully completed degree or BSc in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Some knowledge on a variety of manufacturing processes including casting, plastic injection molding, sheet metal processes, CNC machining and additive manufacturing with diverse materials.
  • Proficiency in the use of SolidWorks or willingness to learn fast. Ideally as well on SolidWorks PDM.
  • Some knowledge on Design for Assembly, Design for Manufacturability, stack up tolerance analysis, functional dimensioning and geometric tolerancing.
  • You are a problem solver, can work autonomously and are willing to get your hands dirty.
  • Some knowledge of certification processes would be beneficial.
  • Fluent German and English.

Your job:

  • You will assist in the development and testing of low-consumption embedded electronics and sensors for our products.
  • Help with the design and selection of electronic components such as energy storage systems, microcontrollers, sensors, actuators and communication modules.
  • Research suppliers and manage communication with PCBA manufacturers.
  • Work in close collaboration with the engineering team to fulfill product specifications and achieve the required device working modes.

You bring:

  • Successfully completed degree or BSc in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or similar background.
  • First experience in electronics and PCB development wis an advantage
  • Some experience with PCB design software like Altium Designer, Mentor Graphics or Eagle.
  • Knowledge on microcontrollers, sensors, and communication interfaces like SPI, I2C and UART.
  • Good knowledge of PCB schematics: parts, functions, and testing needs.
  • Good knowledge of PCB layout: mechanical fit, automated and manual layout.
  • Knowledge of EMC certification requirements, test-pins, test modes, design, and tests for EMC.
  • Knowledge on PCBA production readiness, PCB clustering, and quality assurance measurements.
  • You are a problem solver, can work autonomously and are willing to get your hands dirty.

  • You will be assisting in the development and testing of embedded software including firmware architecture and applications for our IoT solutions.
  • With the team you realize remote manageable network of wireless connected IoT-devices.
  • Contribute to the research of electronic components like microcontrollers, communication modules, etc.
  • Work in an interdisciplinary team of engineers to increase the product´s value.

You bring:

  • Degree or BSc in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or similar background.
  • First experience in the development of products is an advantage
  • Some knowledge in the development of embedded software applications.
  • Knowledge on microcontrollers, sensors, and communication interfaces like SPI, I2C and UART.
  • Python, Embedded Linux and C++ skills would be helpful.
  • Hands-on approach to test hardware functionality.
  • You are a problem solver, can work autonomously and are willing to get your hands dirty.
